Andalusia
 
 

Andalusia is located in the south of Spain, in front of the African continent. This position conditions a very dry and hot climate. Andalusia hosts various mountains amongst which Sierra Nevada, with the highest peak in Spain,  so that in parallel with the hot climate one can ski 50km inland!!
From the hunting point of view Andalusia offers the best possibilities in the whole of Spain, from two different Ibex species, Ronda and Sierra Nevada, through Red deer, Roe deer (the autochthonous specie living closet o Cadiz is considered a separate sub specie), Fallow deer, Mouflon sheep, Barbary sheep, living free range, and ever-present and numerous wild boar. Jean, a small city in the north of Andalusia, is considered the world capital for monterias, characteristic Spanish big game driven hunts.
We can provide for our hunter all types of big game hunts available in Andalusia, at very interesting prices, of the local market. All programs foresee two hunting days, which are usually enough to harvest the animal sought. Our profession guides will accompany you during the hunt, from the airport closest to the hunting round (Mlaga, Sevilla or Cordoba), using their own off-road vehicles. Lodging will be provided in hunting houses directly within the hunting grounds, or in small hotels close to the hunting area.
In order to obtain the hunting license in Andalusia a procedure lasting one month and a half has to be respected, so we suggest our hunter to book in adequate advance.

MONTERIAS

Monterias are organized in various hunting grounds, fenced and free range, every Weekend, for 12 – 32 participants and different number of animals and species that can be hunted, starting from monterias with no guarantee, to monterias with 3 to 5 animals guaranteed. The animals that can be hunted are Red deer only, or deer and wild boar, or fallow deer and mouflon sheep, or ….. all possible combinations.
Prices vary from 380 to over 4.000 Euro per day. In order to choose a monteria that best suits your requirements, you should let us know the animal species and price level that you are interested in, in order for us to prepare all possible suitable offers.

 
Rates Include:

Assistance at the airport of arrival, all ground transport, hunting organization, assistance of a local gamekeeper, assistance of a Spanish professional hunter, hunting permits, field treatment of trophies. The hunt is considered over when the animal sought has been harvested.

Rates Do Not Include:

Air fares to final destination, Spanish hunting license (approximately 120 €), lodging and full board in hotels closet o the hunting area (200 € daily), tips (we suggest € 200 daily), drinks and personal extras.
