LOW TATRA CHAMOIS

The hunting area, controlled by State Forest, is located in in North-East Slovakia, app. 300 km away from Budapest and 500 km from Vienna airport. We strongly recommend to use Budapest airport. The terrain is quite demanding, good physical condition is required. The number of licenses for the very unique Slovakian chamois is very limited, only 5 per year, and the trophy quality is very good, chamois with trophies between 80- 100 CIC can be expected. For accommodation we use the closest good hotel, pension / app. 15 km from the hunting area.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.   Upon making the reservation, the client is required to pay a deposit of 50% of package and trophy fee price. Once the deposit has been received, the outfitter commits himself to ensure the hunt according to the client’s requirements.  The remaining 50% of the package must be paid at arrival date. The whole deposit is not refundable and cannot be used as the deposit for another date.

2.   If the client cannot start hunting, he can send a substitute who would accept the conditions of the present contract and the extension of the reservation.  The client must draw the organiser’s attention to the given change 5 days prior to the hunting commencement date, so that the organiser can arrange for the necessary documents (hunting licence, and others) for the substitute.

3.   In the above mentioned case, no cancellation fees are charged. The client will pay only for the issuance of his hunting licence (if it has already been issued before the change notification is send) and fee for the substitute’s hunting licence.

4.   If the organizer cancels the hunting for objective reasons he can neither foresee nor influence, e.g. natural disaster or other extreme conditions, and the alternative date is not convenient to the client, the deposit will be refunded in full. The outfitter cannot accept any responsibility for the costs caused by the cancellation as long as these were not triggered by him.

5.   Immediately after the end of the hunt, the client will be invoiced for all the expenses. If the real amount of the overall costs exceeds the deposit, the client will pay the difference.
